本发明公开了一种用于铝合金波纹管的氩弧焊方法，该方法是使用自主设计的夹具将铝合金波纹管固定夹紧后，通过氩弧焊对波纹管进行拼接焊接，从而将多块波纹管组件连接成一块波纹管产品，并通过调整焊接工艺、增加弧压跟踪系统、背部气保护装置的方法，提高了焊接的质量与稳定性，减小了焊缝中的未熔透、焊穿、气孔等缺陷。通过本发明的铝合金波纹管氩弧焊方法，提高了焊缝的平整度，减小了焊接过程中的飞溅和焊后变形量，提高了焊缝的质量和焊接效率，得到了无气孔缺陷的良好焊缝。
