本发明公开了充气帐篷交叉气柱物料的连接方法及其模具，该连接方法将两个气柱片材中的一个片材制成管状物料，对另一个片材开连接孔，制成能够套接的片状物料，将管状物料的一端直径膨胀变大成为锥形焊接部套贴于下模的外周模面，将片状物料平整地套接于管状物料外并在焊接部形成物料的叠加，然后将上模与下模合模焊接焊接部，再将片状物料焊接成管状即可。本发明将一个气柱一端的周壁直径变大，焊接片状物料快捷，又保证了焊接部的平整牢固和密封性。
