本发明提供了一种解决胎胚子口印痕的方法，包括：启动反包胶囊进行充气,开始对胎胚进行反包；当满足助推启动条件时，启动助推胶囊进行充气，助推胶囊充气膨胀，推动反包胶囊向胎侧移动，完成胎侧剩余位置的反包；其中，根据胎胚规格，调节反包胶囊作用时间和助推胶囊作用时间，以减小锁块对胎胚子口的挤压。本发明中的解决胎胚子口印痕的方法，解决了相关技术中轮胎胎圈进行加厚调整之后，导致锁块挤压子口产生印痕的技术问题。
