本发明提供一种层间增韧的高强耐磨碳纤维布及其制备方法，所述碳纤维布由具有平纹结构的静电纺丝膜和碳纤维布热压复合制得，所述具有平纹结构的静电纺丝膜包含石墨烯@h‑BN异质结构和甘油丙氧基三缩水甘油基醚接枝的PEI。本发明中将静电纺丝膜制成平纹结构再与碳纤维布进行复合，克服传统单向纤维复合材料的层间薄弱的不足的同时增强了耐磨性，且纳米纤维网络可分散冲击能从而实现碳纤维布的层间增韧。
