本发明介绍了一种渐变单丝复合衬布，由渐变单丝基布与一侧或两侧热熔胶复合而成的厚度均匀的粘合衬布。所述的渐变单丝基布由线径逐级改变的单丝经线与线径不变的单丝纬线交错编织而成的单丝基布。优选单丝材质涤纶，其不仅成本低，胶膜优选是柔韧性很好的PUR。本发明沿着经线方向厚度不变但是软硬程度逐渐改变，可以制造具有不同硬度的复合衬布，用于制作服装不同部位。
