本发明提供了一种可调节薄膜式液舱减晃装置，包括柔性薄膜、固定组件和增浮组件。固定组件设于液舱的内腔侧壁，增浮组件包括浮杆，柔性薄膜的至少部分边缘连接于浮杆，浮杆可拆卸地连接于固定组件且能够沿固定组件在浮力作用下滑动，以使得柔性薄膜的一侧表面贴覆于液面。柔性薄膜上开设有多个透水孔，多个透水孔用于将柔性薄膜另一侧表面的积液回流至液舱内。解决了现有技术中存在的减晃效果差且难以适用不同液舱深度、不同的船舶横摇幅值的问题。
