本发明涉及一种超长幅集装箱地板，包括至少一块的超长幅板材，所述超长幅板材通过多个单元层热压胶合构成；在实际集装箱加工过程中当需要对集装箱的地板进行铺设时，可根据需求将数量少于6块的超长幅板材沿着集装箱的长边纵向安装铺设于集装箱的底部，并通过螺栓将超长幅板材固定于集装箱的底部，由此能够需求的不同铺设更少的超长幅板材，减少配件使用的数量，降低整体集装箱的生产成本。
