本发明涉及一种型材理料机及其系统，具体涉及一种铝型材喷涂上料智能理料机及其系统。包括机架和理料设备总成，机架与理料设备总成连接；理料设备总成包括支撑架、传送皮带组，机架与支撑架连接，支撑架设置有传送皮带组，传送皮带组包括皮带和变速装置，皮带的数量在两个以上，皮带沿型材输送方向排列且依次交错设置，两个相邻皮带的端部重合，两个相邻传送皮与同一变速装置连接，皮带的转速依次增大。解决了现有的理料机无法实现运输型材、整理型材、分离型材同步进行、设备整体集成度低的技术问题。
