本发明公开了一种电梯轿厢门的故障判定方法及其系统。故障判定方法包括：获取电梯轿厢门的运行数据；从运行数据中提取表征电梯轿厢门状态的关键特征；根据关键特征对电梯轿厢门进行异常诊断，得到诊断结果；将运行数据输入预先训练的轿厢门故障诊断模型，基于故障诊断模型输出电梯轿厢门的故障概率；基于诊断结果的异常指示、以及故障概率大于预设概率阈值，确定电梯轿厢门存在故障。本申请的技术方案能够有效的提高故障判定的准确性。
