一种原位取向碳纳米管/氮化硼纳米带气凝胶的制备方法，将三聚氰胺和硼酸溶解于叔丁醇与热去离子水共溶剂中，经搅拌混合、超声处理、冷冻干燥等步骤得到气凝胶前驱体，将前驱体置于管式炉内，热解得到氮化硼纳米带气凝胶；在高温条件下，通过浮动CVD法将乙醇、乙二胺及二茂铁的混合溶液注射入管式炉中，在氮化硼纳米表面生长碳纳米管从而获得原位取向的碳纳米管/氮化硼纳米带气凝胶。所述原位取向碳纳米管/氮化硼纳米带气凝胶密度低，柔性良好，具有电磁屏蔽性能。
