本发明公开了一种生化反硝化用硫单质缓释载体及其制备方法。该载体以农业废弃物为基材，经过炭化处理形成多孔炭基材料，通过梯度结构设计实现硫单质的平稳缓释。外层为硫单质与炭基基材混合，中层为等量混合，内层为硫单质与缓释碳源混合，满足低C/N比污水的反硝化需求。同时，载体引入pH响应机制，通过微胶囊化碱源在pH变化时自适应调控，维持反应体系稳定。制备工艺采用低温压制和微波固化，节能且环保。该技术具有低成本、高效能和环保的优点，适用于环保领域。
