本发明涉及无机化工领域，尤其涉及一种多孔陶瓷过滤板及其制备方法。所述制备方法，包括如下步骤：将钾长石、高岭土、氧化铝、铬刚玉、表面活性剂和水进行球磨，得到陶瓷浆料；将所述陶瓷浆料定型，然后加入过氧化氢，制成陶瓷湿坯；将所述陶瓷湿坯干燥，然后经梯度烧结，得到所述多孔陶瓷过滤板。本发明创造性地将铬刚玉部分代替氧化铝制备多孔陶瓷过滤板，添加不同比例得到性能最优的多孔陶瓷。不仅能降低氧化铝多孔陶瓷的生产成本，实现铬刚玉资源化利用，而且能解决多孔陶瓷过滤板制备过程中的开裂问题。
