本发明提供了一种尿素和碳酸氢钠的分离回收方法，属于分离回收技术领域。本发明创造性地提出“抗包裹‑梯度溶解‑低温析晶”三位一体的分离策略，具体的，通过加入表面活性剂有效破解了尿素对碳酸氢钠的包裹效应；以DMF溶剂为例，通过分阶段投加DMF溶剂，实现了尿素的选择性逐级溶解，且能够大幅度提升DMF溶剂的利用率，具有绿色环保的优势。本发明采用低温动态析晶的方式，利用尿素在DMF中显著的温敏特性，实现尿素的高效析出。此外，本发明提供的分离回收方法具有低能耗，绿色环保的优势。
