本发明公开了一种阿哌沙班吡啶酮中间体的制备方法。所述制备方法包括如下步骤：以1,4‑二氧六环作为溶剂，碘化物作为催化剂，化合物1c和吗啉在50‑90℃发生缩合‑消除反应，制备获得化合物1d。本发明提供的制备方法能够在较低温度下即可发生缩合‑消除反应，高效合成阿哌沙班吡啶酮中间体化合物1d，无需采用过量的吗啉，且反应过程中副产物少，产物分离收率高，纯度高；因反应温度较低，安全风险等级低于三级，几乎没有安全风险。
