本发明涉及甾体化合物合成技术领域，尤其涉及一种4‑去氢表雄酮的制备方法。以4‑AD为起始物料，依次经氰化、硅醚化、还原、水解反应制备4‑去氢表雄酮，使用氯硅烷对4‑AD氰基物中的羟基进行硅醚化保护，得到的硅醚物能够耐受硼氢化钠还原体系环境，将还原副产物的含量降低至0.5%以下，同时还意外提高了还原反应选择性，提高了最终产物收率和纯度，总收率达到75%以上，产物纯度≥98%，此外，还大幅降低了生产成本，适合工业上大规模生产。
