本发明公开一种8,9‑脱氢雌酚酮的合成方法。本发明公开的8,9‑脱氢雌酚酮的制备方法，其包括以下步骤：步骤(1)在酸催化剂存在下，在非质子溶剂中，化合物5经脱保护基‑异构化反应得到化合物6；步骤(2)在催化剂存在下，在非质子溶剂中，化合物6和氢源试剂经加成反应得到8,9‑脱氢雌酚酮。该方法具有以下一种或多种优势：原料廉价、反应步骤简洁、各步反应产率高、后处理简便、条件温和、操作可控和适合放大。
