本发明提供一种生物活性玻璃与聚酯的复合材料及其制备方法。由pH中性生物活性玻璃和聚酯复合而成，所述生物活性玻璃在与聚酯复合前，还进行表面疏水改性以提高其与聚酯的界面相容性。本发明对pH中性生物活性玻璃进行了表面预处理，使得其与聚酯具有更好的界面相容性，本发明采用pH中性生物活性玻璃与聚酯（如聚乳酸）进行复合，避免了常规生物活性玻璃带来的pH升高进而引发聚酯过度降解的问题；发明制备的pH中性生物活性玻璃与聚酯复合材料具有良好的生物活性、细胞黏附性及力学强度。
