本发明涉及一种含二氧化硅的防护涂层及其制备方法和应用，所述制备方法包括如下步骤：采用表面活性剂对碱处理后的基材进行处理，然后与含胺基的双硅烷偶联剂进行第一反应，在基材上形成介孔二氧化硅层，所述介孔二氧化硅层的平均厚度为100~300 nm，再与含碳碳双键的单硅烷偶联剂进行第二反应，沉积Parylene，在基材上得到所述含二氧化硅的防护涂层。本发明提供的含二氧化硅的防护涂层与基材的结合力高，对基材的附着效果好，各批次间的稳定性好。
