本公开涉及一种复配表面活性剂、修复材料以及修复氯代烃污染物的方法。该复配表面活性剂组分简单、增溶效果好、绿色低毒，溶于水可有效降低水溶液的表面张力，且具有较高低温水溶性。本公开的修复材料对疏水氯代烃具有良好的增溶效果，将其用于修复氯代烃污染物时，有效克服了现有技术中存在的表面活性剂对地下水环境中氯代烃污染物增溶效果差、无法适用于地下低温应用环境、存在二次污染等问题。
