本发明属于真菌培养及栽培技术领域，具体涉及一株野生糙皮侧耳菌株、驯化栽培方法及其应用。本发明所述野生糙皮侧耳ZGCL25‑8‑11‑11为耐高温型菌种，出菇温度为20~28℃，该高温条件下生长的子实体呈黑灰色，子实体从生，一潮菇单袋产量至少为452 g，生物转化率至少为85%。且该糙皮侧耳菌种菌丝浓密、生速度快，缩短了栽培料中的养菌时间，降低了养菌成本，克服了现有糙皮侧耳菌种高温适应性差、生长速度慢和粗蛋白含量低的缺陷。
