本发明公开了一种棉花枯萎病的生物防治方法。本发明提供了组合菌或含有所述组合菌的复合菌剂，所述组合菌由AT游动放线菌（）Q9316（CGMCC No.35443）和棘孢木霉（）F2609（CGMCC No.42159）组成。本发明所提供的棘孢木霉F2609和AT游动放线菌Q9316单独发酵的发酵液体现出对棉花枯萎病的病原菌的抑制效果，且两者共发酵的发酵液的抑菌活性强度均超过单菌发酵的发酵液。本发明对于棉花枯萎病的生物防治具有重要意义。
