本发明提供一种核酸适配体及其筛选方法，该适配体为寡核苷酸DNA结构，所述核酸适配体的核苷酸序列为SEQ ID NO：1‑9所示的任一条DNA片段的核苷酸序列，所述核酸适配体能特异性靶向心肌细胞（Cardiomyocytes,CMs）。本发明可为心血管疾病的临床治疗提供新策略，同时可携带microRNA（miRNA)、小干扰RNA(Small Interfering RNA，siRNA)、脂质体、微球、微囊等生物活性分子用作细胞内的药物递送工具。
