本发明公开了一种高性能高强度胶带钢丝用盘条及其生产方法，盘条化学成分按质量百分比计如下：[C]0.79～0.84%，[Si]0.15%～0.35%，[Mn]0.45%～0.60%，[P]0.0030%～0.012%，[S]0.0040%～0.012%，[N]0.0010%～0.0040%，全氧0.0010%～0.0030%，[Als]0.0005～0.0015%,[W]0.0003%～0.0020%，[Ca]0.00005%～0.0005%，[Ni]≤0.03%，余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质。本发明盘条的生产方法，通过添加适量微合金元素提高盘条和钢丝拉拔性能，通过转炉冶炼选择高品质铁水为钢液精炼和提高钢质洁净度奠定基础，通过轧制工艺控制盘条微观组织类型和比例，满足用户胶带钢丝疲劳寿命不低于2万次的质量要求。
