本发明涉及一种水刺无纺布生产线的智能化控制方法及系统，涉及无纺布生产制造的领域，其包括：采集无纺布生产信息；依据所述无纺布生产信息以调取需求纤维原料和纤维原料比例，并基于所述纤维原料比例将对应的所述需求纤维原料进行混合；基于所述无纺布生产信息以调取梳理参数和理后参照厚度值，并以所述梳理参数对混合后的纤维进行梳理来得到均匀纤网；当完成梳理后，依据所述理后参照厚度值以得出水刺压力值；基于所述水刺压力值以对所述均匀纤网进行水刺加固。本申请具有提高纤网加固质量的效果。
