本发明属于海上风电桩基技术领域，提供了一种海上风电桩基冲刷防护装置，包括安装座，所述安装座顶部设置有四组与桩基尺寸相适配的防护板，所述防护板底部与安装座连接处设置有用于安装防护板的安装组件，所述防护板顶部设置有用于连接两组防护板的连接组件，所述安装座顶部处于防护板外侧位置设置有用于清除海生物的清理组件；本发明不仅可通过分体式结构使得防护板更加便于安装，有效提高工作效率，而且能够对附着在表面的海生物进行清理，有效避免海生物附着过多导致装置重量增加、水流阻力变大。
