公开了具有陶瓷纤维套的陶瓷弹簧及其制备方法和用途。陶瓷弹簧的陶瓷基体与陶瓷纤维套的陶瓷纤维烧结为一体，在陶瓷弹簧的陶瓷基体内还包含短切陶瓷纤维，并且在烧结的陶瓷弹簧中短切陶瓷纤维与纤维套发生连接，形成网状结构。一方面将短切纤维引入基体中增加了材料韧性，可以提升弹簧的压缩行程，避免弹簧超过量程发生崩碎现象产生，另一方面，其陶瓷碎片受纤维套包覆，降低飞溅率，保护精密设备仪器。
