本发明公开了一种冷却塔免费供冷系统，包括用于一个吸入气态冷媒并进行压缩输出的压缩机，用于节流并调节冷媒流量的节流装置，冷却塔、冷却塔风机、冷却水泵，冷冻水泵，还包括第一换热器、第二换热器、第一三通阀、第二三通阀。本发明采用具有三个换热通道的第一换热器及第二换热器，利用冷却塔冷却后的低温冷却水在第一换热器、第二换热器中换热制备低温冷冻水，实现冷却塔免费供冷，有效提高了冷却塔免费供冷性能及其适用的气候范围，显著降低空调系统的运行能耗。
