本发明公开了一种前处理工序用常压过滤集成系统，包括常压槽体、支撑隔板、多孔分离单元、快拆式紧固件和排液驱动源。常压槽体顶部设有敞口；支撑隔板活动设置于常压槽体内部并将内部分隔为待滤液缓冲腔和净液汇集腔；多孔分离单元连通上下两腔；快拆式紧固件用于固定多孔分离单元；排液驱动源连通于常压槽体下部产生负压。本发明采用顶部常压重力渗滤与底部负压抽吸结合的机制，利用快拆式紧固件配合常压环境，取代了传统承压法兰结构，实现了过滤耗材的免工具极速拆装，消除了高压流体对滤材的冲击破损风险。
