本发明提供一种亲水改性聚异氰酸酯及其制备方法和应用，所述亲水改性聚异氰酸酯由包括如下组分的制备原料反应制得；组分A：聚异氰酸酯，组分B：α晶型3‑(环己胺)‑1‑丙磺酸，和组分C：叔胺。本发明通过使用具有特定晶型的氨基磺酸来制备水分散性多异氰酸酯，既可显著延长适用期，提高涂膜的耐沾污性能，还能缩短反应时间，降低产品浊度和色度。
