一种采用双极线加速的高精度双目结构光测量方法，首先，在标定双目结构光系统后，将投影仪与第二相机组建单目结构光系统，并基于编码标定板引导进行高效、鲁棒的单目结构光标定；然后，对同名点在单目系统中向第二相机的映射极线与同名点在双目系统中向第二相机的映射极线计算交点，获得两个相位图的匹配初值；最后，对两个相位图的相位对应点进行精确查找；实现双目结构光两个视图中相位对应点的高效、精确匹配，具有立体匹配速度快、三维重建精度高的优点。
