一种模块结构包括基板、图形化堆叠结构、图形化接着层以及半导体构件。基板定义相对的第一表面与第二表面。图形化堆叠结构布设于基板的第一表面，并包括图形化导光层、图形化导电层或其组合，以传输光信号、电信号或二者。图形化接着层布设于基板与图形化堆叠结构之间。半导体构件布设于基板的第一表面并耦接至图形化堆叠结构，且半导体构件与图形化接着层及图形化堆叠结构同平面布设。本发明的模块结构通过图形化堆叠结构的设计，减少信号传递层覆盖在基板上的面积，提高基板表面的利用率，也降低信号传输的损耗。
