本发明涉及设施农业植物生长调控技术领域，尤其涉及一种抑制生菜抽薹的方法及系统。方法包括以下步骤：生菜定植后，在红光：蓝光=3：1，并添加5%的远红光的光配方处理及根冠温差2‑8℃温差条件下进行培养。本发明将特定光谱配方与根冠温差培育条件相结合，通过双重调控途径协同作用于生菜的花芽分化进程和茎秆伸长过程，产生显著的叠加抑制效果。对比试验表明，光配方或根冠温差单独施用时均能在一定程度上降低抽薹率、延缓抽薹进程。
