本发明公开一种检测捻转血矛线虫苯并咪唑耐药的试剂盒，该试剂盒包括β‑tubulin耐药等位基因检测组件、虫种及模板质量控制组件、等位基因比例校准组件、PCR扩增反应组件及检测结果判定组件。通过双通道实时荧光PCR对虫卵群体样本中F167Y、E198A、F200Y突变等位基因比例进行定量检测，结合标准曲线校正，实现敏感型SS、杂合耐药风险型RS及耐药优势型RR的三级分型，用于苯并咪唑类药物防治前的群体耐药风险评估与早期预警。
