本申请公开一种结构性熔融加固的经编单层网布及其制造方法。采用本体纱线编织形成具有多个网孔的网布本体，并在编织过程中采用热熔丝按照网布本体的纱线走向进行编织，形成单层网布坯布；对单层网布坯布进行热定型，使热熔丝完全熔融并覆盖邻近的本体纱线，形成沿网布本体纱线走向分布的网状加固结构，且网孔保持贯通；随后进行冷却，使网状加固结构固化。该方法无需设置独立涂层或复合增强层，即可提高网布的耐磨性能和结构稳定性，并兼顾轻量性和透气性。
