本发明公开了一种集成真空绝热玻璃的超低能耗全系统节能窗，属于建筑节能技术领域，包括窗框、真空玻璃组件和密封组件。密封组件包括弹性体，弹性体内设有主腔、副腔及流道，并共同形成封闭的恒容积流体回路；主腔贴合真空玻璃组件板面，副腔贴合其侧边封接面。骨架卡接于窗框安装槽内以限制弹性体无序形变，阻尼结构使流体正向流动阻力小于反向回流阻力。主腔受压后将流体导向副腔，使副腔及密封唇边对侧边封接面形成具有保持性的补偿压紧，从而提高真空玻璃组件边缘密封稳定性及窗体节能可靠性。
