本发明涉及一种兼具高热导率与透明性的氮化铝陶瓷及其制备方法。所述兼具高热导率与透明性的氮化铝陶瓷的制备方法包括以下步骤：（1）将氮化铝原料粉体与卤化物添加剂混合并置于流动的氮气气氛下进行加热反应，得到氧转移氮化铝；（2）将所述氧转移氮化铝与烧结助剂、粘结剂混合得到原料混合粉体，经成型、气氛烧结，得到所述兼具高热导率与透明性的氮化铝陶瓷。
