本发明涉及一种用于金刚石衬底薄膜厚度测量的图形化复合膜及其制作方法。主要包括：基膜层，紫外减粘胶层，保护膜层以及图形开口。所述紫外减粘胶层为耐酸碱改性丙烯酸系压敏胶，所述紫外减粘胶层设置在基膜层的一侧，所述保护膜层覆盖于紫外减粘胶层表面，采用紫外激光切割基膜层以及紫外减粘胶层，形成所述图形开口，且不切割保护膜层。本申请的图形化复合膜成本低廉、操作简便、无损测量，且适用于多种基板类型的薄膜厚度测量。也就是，对于基板的尺寸以及形状没有要求，都可适用。
