本发明公开了一种含Nb奥氏体耐热合金无缝管及其制备和组织调控方法，包括：采用经热轧处理的含Nb奥氏体耐热合金管坯为原料；在二辊斜轧穿孔前对管坯进行分级加热，先在1000～1050℃保温60～150min，再升温至1100～1150℃保温15～20min；随后采用二辊斜轧方式进行热穿孔，轧辊转速30～60r/min；荒管经第一道次冷轧（变形量30～35%）、中间退火（1000～1050℃/60～150min水冷）、第二道次冷轧（变形量55～60%）后，于1200～1250℃保温30～60min进行固溶处理后水冷。本发明可有效抑制富Nb析出相链状分布，降低混晶倾向，成品管晶粒度可控制在5～7级。
