本发明公开了一种钛网表面多层复合氧化物防护涂层及热分解制备方法，通过在钛网表面依次形成Sb‑SnO‑TiO混合氧化物底层、TiO‑TiO混合氧化物中间层和RuO‑IrO‑TiO混合氧化物表层；底层和表层烧结温度为480～520℃，中间层烧结温度为530～570℃，以TiO‑TiO中间层作为导电增强层和应力缓冲层，利用非贵金属氧化物部分替代贵金属，在保持析氯活性的同时降低贵金属用量，提高涂层与钛基体的结合力，延长涂层试样加速腐蚀寿命。
