A vehicle steering rack assembly includes a tube section and an anti-rattle device. The tube section includes a rack and pinion steering gear assembly and a main rod that extends through the tube section. The main rod moves in a longitudinal direction within the tube section in response to rotation of a pinion gear of the rack and pinion steering gear assembly.
