The present invention relates to multi-functionalized crosslinker compounds with a protected aminooxy group and a N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (NHS) activated carbonyl group. The crosslinkers may form conjugates of biomolecules (e.g., antibodies, oligonucleotides, lipids) with each other or with small molecules.
