The invention discloses a damping plate and nuclear magnetic resonance equipment, belongs to the technical field of noise reduction equipment, and aims to solve the technical problem of poor noise reduction effect of existing nuclear magnetic resonance equipment. The damping plate comprises a damping layer and a sealing layer, the damping layer comprises a plurality of damping fins, the damping fins are stacked on a shell of the nuclear magnetic resonance equipment in the preset direction, and the damping layer is covered with the sealing layer in a sealed mode. Friction damping exists between every two adjacent damping fins, the damping layers are sealed and covered with the sealing layers, the multiple damping fins can be tightly attached, and when vibration generated by vibration equipment is conducted to the damping fins, the damping of the damping fins and the friction damping between the adjacent damping fins can fully absorb energy generated by the vibration equipment due to vibration. Therefore, the vibration amplitude of the vibration equipment is reduced, and the purpose of reducing noise generated by the vibration equipment is achieved.
