The invention provides photovoltaic equipment and a window, belongs to the technical field of photovoltaic, and can solve the problem that the utilization rate of existing photovoltaic equipment is low. A photovoltaic device of the present disclosure includes a substrate; the light conversion structure is arranged on the substrate and is configured to convert light of a specific wave band in the received natural light into visible light; wherein the light conversion structure comprises a first surface and a second surface which are oppositely arranged along the thickness direction of the light conversion structure, and a side surface connected between the edges of the first surface and the second surface; the reflecting structure is arranged on one side, deviating from the center of the light conversion structure, of the side surface of the light conversion structure and is configured to reflect the visible light received by the reflecting structure and converted by the light conversion structure; and the photovoltaic module is configured to receive the visible light reflected by the reflecting structure and convert the visible light into electric energy. According to the invention, the reflection structure is arranged to change the emergent direction of the visible light converted by the light conversion structure, the utilization rate of the photovoltaic module is improved, and the cost of the photovoltaic module is reduced.
