The invention discloses a display panel and a display device. The display panel comprises a first polarization unit (1); the reflection unit (2) is arranged on the light incident side of the first polarization unit (1); the at least one liquid crystal unit (3) is arranged between the first polarization unit (1) and the reflection unit (2); each liquid crystal unit (3) comprises a liquid crystal layer, liquid crystals in the liquid crystal layers have birefringence and optical rotation, and the total equivalent retardation range of the liquid crystals in all the liquid crystal units (3) is 100-441 nm. While realizing clear color display, the invention also has the advantages of high reflectivity, short response time, high refresh rate and the like.
