By adopting the driving circuit, the damage of etching to the insulating layer of the capacitor region can be avoided, so that the uniformity of the insulating layer of the capacitor region during deposition is maintained, the stability of the distance between the capacitor plates is ensured, namely the stability of the capacitance is ensured, and the stability of the capacitor performance is ensured.
