A first reset circuit (12) and a first isolation circuit (13) are arranged, the potential of a first control node (Q) is reset through a first clock signal, then the first control node (PQ) is controlled to be communicated with the first node (Q) through the first isolation circuit (12) under the control of a second clock signal, and the potential of the first node (Q) is reset. The low-voltage time is short, and the electric leakage is small.
