The invention provides an OLED display panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device. The OLED display panel comprises a substrate, a first pixel electrode layer and a first pixel definition layer, wherein the first pixel electrode layer and the first pixel definition layer are sequentially arranged on one side of the substrate; a light-emitting component is arranged in a pixel opening corresponding to the first pixel definition layer, the light-emitting component comprises a first light-emitting layer, a second light-emitting layer arranged on one side of the first light-emitting layer and far away from the substrate, and a connecting layer arranged between the first light-emitting layer and the second light-emitting layer, and the light-emitting component is located on one side, far away from the substrate, of the first pixel electrode layer; the edge area, close to the first pixel definition layer, of the first pixel electrode layer is provided with a protruding part, the protruding part is located on the side, away from the substrate, of the first pixel electrode layer, and therefore the protruding part of the first pixel electrode layer replaces a Footing area of an original pixel definition layer, namely the Footing area is covered with the pixel electrode layer, and the pixel definition layer is arranged on the first pixel electrode layer. The problem that the upper light-emitting layer in the Footing distortion area is independently turned on is solved, and meanwhile the light-emitting aperture ratio of the OLED display panel is increased.
