The invention discloses a gain adjustment method and device of a magnetic suspension motor, a water chilling unit and a storage medium. The gain adjustment method of the magnetic suspension motor comprises the following steps: carrying out frequency response tests on the magnetic suspension motor for multiple times; acquiring an amplitude-frequency characteristic curve of the magnetic suspension motor according to results of the multiple frequency response tests; obtaining a gain adjustment value according to the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve; and adjusting the current gain of the magnetic suspension motor according to the gain adjustment value. According to the gain adjustment method of the magnetic suspension motor, automatic gain adjustment is realized, and the gain close to the optimal gain can be quickly achieved, so that the gain adjustment efficiency is greatly improved, manual adjustment of the gain is not needed, and the cost is reduced. Therefore, the technical problem that the debugging efficiency is low due to the fact that multiple attempts are needed to debug the optimal gain of the magnetic suspension motor in a manual debugging mode and the consumed time is long in the prior art is solved.
