The invention relates to the technical field of defect detection, and provides a pole piece defective product removing method, a die cutting device, a winding device and a battery production system. The pole piece defective product removing method comprises the following steps that defect detection is conducted on a pole piece material belt; on the basis of detecting that the pole piece units have defects, attaching defect labels to the pole piece units with the defects, and cutting at least one tab of one pole piece unit to form a structural defect identifier; defect label detection and structural defect identification detection are carried out on the tabs of the pole piece units in the process of winding into the electrode assembly; on the basis of detecting that the defect label exists in the pole piece unit, independently winding the pole piece unit pasted with the defect label; on the basis of detecting that the tabs have the structural defect identifiers, identifying the pole piece units with defects; and judging whether the defective pole piece unit is independently wound or not, and if the defective pole piece unit is not independently wound, removing an electrode assembly formed by winding the defective pole piece unit.
