The invention relates to the technical field of production management, and provides a processing scheduling method and device, electronic equipment, a storage medium and a program product, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a first processing sequence solution set in a current set state; the first machining sequence solution comprises a plurality of sequence values consisting of process codes determined based on the machining process and machine codes determined based on the machining machine; selecting the solution with the optimal evaluation value to update the optimal solution of the current processing sequence; and if the current set state meets the calculation termination condition, determining a processing machine and a processing sequence based on the optimal solution of the current processing sequence. According to the method, each sequence value in the first machining sequence solution is formed by the corresponding code of each machining procedure of each workpiece to be machined and the corresponding code of the machining machine of the machining procedure, so that the machining scheduling schemes are continuously obtained, and the optimal scheme is determined from the machining scheduling schemes; the method can be suitable for customized production tasks of different machining procedures and different machining machines of the workpieces to be machined, and has higher universality.
